Your stay with us can be booked for as little as £30 per person per night! Please contact us direct for specific rates, as these vary according to room occupancy and length of stay. We offer significant discounts for stays of 2 nights or more and can offer room-only rates if required.

Terms & Conditions of Booking

For the comfort of all of our Guests, Tideways is a Non-Smoking establishment. We regret we do not accept any pets other than guide/assistance dogs. Check-in is from 3:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 A.M. on day of departure, however if your requirements vary from this we will always do our best to accommodate these if you give us sufficient notice. Payment may be made at any time up to point of departure. We accept most major Credit/Debit cards with the exception of American Express or any of its subsidiaries. Generally, an advanced deposit of £25 per night per room is required during our high season (Easter to end of October)

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival, any deposits previously paid will be refunded in full.

However, for cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to retain any deposits previously paid and to make further charges if the room(s) cannot be re-let.

Electrical Equipment

In accordance with our Fire Risk Assessment, all of our appliances and electrical devices are regularly PAT tested for safety and rooms have specific electrical sockets with USB charging ports, therefore if you wish to use any of your own appliances or devices please check with us first so that we can ensure these are in good condition and meet our Safety Standards.
